I walked pass this zoning notice on 11th and Kimball streets and stopped dead in my tracks, absolutely thrilled by the possibility that South Philly's Artisan Boulanger Patisserie might be opening another branch in Bella Vista!
This would be a great location for the Vietnamese bakers of the best pastry outside of Paris. It is close to the Southeast Asian community in the area, as well as the down to earth foodie scene of the Italian market.
Godspeed ABP, and in case you didn't realize, 11th St. south of South is becoming another great stretch of Philly revitalization.
