A district 22 parking permit for residents of Bella Vista and parts of Queens Village allows those with a residential permit to park within these boundaries:
A box bounded by:
Northern boundary is (south side of) SOUTH STREET
Eastern boundary is (west side of) 6TH STREET
Western boundary is (east side of) BROAD STREET
Southern boundary is (north side of) WASHINGTON AVE
This information comes directly from the Philadelphia Parking Authority as of May 18th, 2012.
Residents can also purchase 5 one-day guest parking permits good through midnight on the day of use. Another 5 can be purchased again every 90 days.
